Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, a second email follows with your tracking number, so you can trace the parcel online at any time.

Delivery within the European Union

Shipping within the EU is free of charge. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and public holidays.

Orders outside the European Union

Ordering from outside the EU? Write to us at info@newimmortals.eu before placing your order and we will confirm the options, timing and costs for your country.

Exchanges & Returns

We hope you will be delighted with every essence you receive. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, notify us within 14 days of receiving your products. Send a photo and your request to info@newimmortals.eu.

We offer a full refund, exchange or replacement, provided the products are in their original, unopened and undamaged condition. Should an exchange be requested, you are responsible for the return shipping and its costs.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or, if you prefer, as New Immortals store credit.
