When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and your order history. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as PayPal). Your card or payment details are handled directly by the provider and never stored on our servers. The provider’s own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your basket, remember your login and preferences, and understand how the site is used. Login cookies last up to two weeks if you select “Remember Me”; basket cookies keep your selection while you browse. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Analytics

Only the partners needed to serve you: shipping carriers receive your delivery details, and payment providers process your payment. We do not sell your data. If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email.

How long we keep your data

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. If you have an account, we store the information in your profile until you ask us to delete it. You can view or edit your personal information from your account at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and object to or restrict its processing. Erasure does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes. Write to info@newimmortals.eu and we will act on your request promptly.
